You're held prisoner in a room with two doors. One of the doors leads to freedom while the other door leads to sure and violent death. There are two guards inside of the room with you, and when asked a question one of the guards only tells lies while the other only tells the truth. There is no way for you to know which one is the liar or which one tells the truth. You are allowed to ask one question to only one of the guards. If you asked the one right question, you could be *certain* of the door through which you could escape to freedom. What's the question? >You're held prisoner in a room with two doors. The reason you would do the opposite: Both guards will point to the incorrect door. The liar will point to the wrong door because the truther would point to the correct door. The truther will point to the wrong door because the liar would point to the wrong door. So just pick the opposite door. Hi Carlo, Miss ya. Call me when you get a chance so we can chat and catch up.
