HydroFloss vs WaterPik

Today my dentist recommended that I take a look at the HydroFloss
irrigator.  Their brochure discusses magnetized vs unmagnetized
irrigators, sounds pretty hokey to me.  Is there really any difference
between the HydroFloss and an ordinary WaterPik?
