Is it a all-finished RCT?

My story:
1. A lower molar tooth(3rd from back) was drilled and filled 20 years
ago. Fillings gone over time, cause sharp pain a month ago. Infection
was stopped by antibiotics(Z-pack). Further RCT, core buildup w/p, and
crown-porc, were prescribed by my dentist.
2. A week ago,the tooth was RCT treated by another endodentist on a
single office visit. The prescribtion includes a 8 days 2g/day
Penicillin VK plus strong painkiller. I am waiting for the
core-buildup and crown procedure by my dentist scheduled 8 days after
the RCT (2 days from today).
3. After the RCT, I got a big lump on the lower jawbone, I did not
take any pain killer, and luckily not so much pain.
But there is a dull, soring, and sharp mixed discomfortable sensation
arises whenever I suck or touch a specific spot on the tooth, let
alone if there is any food fall between the gap of the lower RCTed
tooth and its upper counterpart while biting.
Plus, I developed some kind of dizziness 4 days after the RCT, even
during sleeping.

My question:
1. What shall I expect before the corebuildup, a totally senseless
tooth? Did the endodontist finished his job of cleaning all the
canals? If not, shall I ask the dentist or endodentist to redo it?
2. How long I shall wait  between RCT and corebuildup? 8 days too
short?
3. Is it common to have the dizziness, caused by antibiotics or
innerbleeding?

Recommend contacting the endodontist for followup before post or core
are placed.

I think the Endo did finish the job, otherwise you'd have been
rescheduled to finish it even before you left the office. Dentists
really don't like to leave unfinished work like that for long, as the
possibility of reinfection is great.

IMO, yes... I would want the tooth to be without symtoms before putting
in a post and core.

I think you are having a reaction of intolerance to your antibio rather
that anything else.

As Steve B said, you really should contact your Endo again.
