I had an implant case to splint 3 abutments on 3 fixtures, and the angulation was similar to the radiograph on the left (they were however actually placed a safe distance into the bone and had integrated nicely). The surgeon apparently was avoiding the mental foramen, though on the post-op it was nowhere near. I couldn't place the transfer copings without cutting them down severely, and then had problems picking them up. The case actually worked out OK, with custom abutments. Any idea how long post-op these were taken?
