Whitening Gloop/Gel/Paste/Powder Source needed! Urgent!

Hi All

The consortium that I work in / with has been let down by their supplier of
whitening commodities.

This is an OEM deal

Needs to be:

Reputable source with usual credentials

Available for Sale into USA/Canada/Asia - possible Europe..

Any ideas?

I read it as: Looking for Generic bleaching materials in BULK that carry
some sort of official recognition (e.g. ADA certified) that can be rebranded
and packaged for sale by a third party.

My local guys had to quit making at home bleach because they couldn't
aquire one or more of the ingredients. That was a few years back.
