Those of you that have been around here a while know who Molly is. Some of
you have even met her, or maybe seen her pictures. She is doing a
walk-a-thon today and is a little shy of her goals to raise money (flat rate
donation in CDN$) to help other strays find a home.
You have been invited to pledge Molly, Carol Ann and Roy Brown in support of
The Toronto Humane Society. Your contribution will make the day a little
brighter for the many homeless animals in our care!
Secure online donations can be made with your credit card and an electronic
tax receipt will be sent to you by email. You can make an online donation

REMINDS ME ........
......of the young lady who used to coax feral cats with her cat
treats she carried around just for the purpose.
Of course, once in the pound, the cats get gassed.
DOGS?
We have our share of problems with the SPCA around here as well.
People want to adopt the animals but the SPCA is touigh as can be.
Its like an IRS audit.
BOTTOM LINE
'More gassings.
I am not sure whether the animals aren't better off roaming the
streets and preying on smaller humans ........
WELL THAT'S GOING too far, but you get what I am saying .... OLD STORY
...... when you hand over money you are not always helping ... you
merely feel like you are!
TRUE HELP involves getting involved!
We had a Cherry Hill guy, a VET who got hired at the SPCA. What was
his job? Killing animals of course. But he balked. Every night, he
simply shoo-ed twenty or thirtyright out the back door!
C'Mon ... he was trained to SAVE animals, not to kill them!
