Really????

So when I am placing those implants or extracting full bony impacted
teeth, etc, that is not operating?

Hair stylists are also referred to as "operators."

Hair, nails are tissue that is being cut.
A tooth is an organ that is being worked on.
That is why hair stylists etc... are licenced.
But since they do not cure anything but a bad hair day they are not called doctors.

Hair and nails are not tissues ... they are basically proteins ......
