T Problem is this ,,, ,when Heartland moves into your town, you will be VERY interested in finding the flaws in their business model so you can exploit it to keep your market share. Hasn't bothered me. There is room in this world for brooks brothers and for wal-mart and there is room for me and chain store dentistry. I feel bad for the next generation of dentist's, but they can't blame me for selling their future down the crapper.
