I need to take some medicines with fat, but I don't want to dirty my
teeth and have to brush them again. Can I just take some sort of fat
pill to provide the necessary components for my medicine?

This is not really a dentistry question. If it would be better
addressed to a different newsgroup please specify. Alternatively I
could just ask my GP ... that's a good idea.

Take your medicine before you brush your teeth.

I like ice cream as  a 'fatty' food to take with medications :-]]

YMMV
