I've gotten my birth certificate three different times. They all
looked different. The most recent one was computer generated and
looks like the second photo in your cite. The one before that was
typed with a typewriter and resembled the first picture in your cite.
"Blame" changing technology.
BTW, only cowardly pussies post through anonymous remailers, as you've
done. Scared much?

oddly enough, the ten commandments as printed in today's bible don't
look anything like ancient tablets carved into stone. clearly they are
forgeries.

My original birth certificate, from 1944 was handwritten by the doctor
that delivered me. In those days the doctor would write the
certificate, and it was the parent's responsibility to take the
handwritten form down to the county seat and register it with the
county. The county then printed a registered form, which obviously
looked much different than the handwritten form, and sent the parents
a copy within the next couple weeks. The handwritten form was NOT
considered adequate for identification purposes, eventhough it is
considered the original birth certificate. Only the registered copy
can be used for purposes of identification. If the handwritten form
is lost, no big deal. If the registered copy is lost, then you must
apply for a replacement. The replacement today is a computer
generated form, issued by the county that it was registered with, that
again looks different than both the handwritten, and original
registered copy, titled "Certificate of Live Birth". The
Certificate of Live Birth is in all matters legal and civil, adequate
for identification purposes.
Obama's birth cert has been examined, and verified by the issuing
authority in Hawaii as being authentic. Additionally, two Newspapers
have posted birth announcements for Obama from the time of his
birth. There is no doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii.
