He used it on the exposed root of my front tooth (along with giving me
a lecture about brushing too hard!)....and honestly, when he was done,
I had to ask him what he did.

So from a patient's point of view, it works fine and feels really
smooth, much better than the root.  I had this done two weeks ago.
