Does a dentist normally send only a summary of activity when they give
a patient their records?  The dentist I had so much trouble with sent
me my "records," but it wasn't what I saw in my file when I was last
there.  What does the dental code "9999" mean?  Thanks in advance.

9999=unspecified procedure. It is common nomenclature
