cooling measures

can anyone state some remedies for making the body cool? other than
drinking water!
i m feeling immense heat at times and dont know wats the problem with
me! almost all the time my body radiates heat! even though i drink
lots of water regularly my body remains hot!

    Not sure why you're posting this to a dental newsgroup.  I know I'm
feeling immense heat this time of year, and I'm guessing if you're not
in the mountains of India so do you!
    Is this a comfort issue, or do you have a fever?
