You cannot sign away your right to proper treatment. Simple as that.
Your dentist was correct.

I'm a senior 60 with 10 broken teeth and 7 good teeth, well to make

a long 45 mins story in the dentists office short and bitter for a

senior citizen. I got out of his office with nothing and did not

have to pay the $126 I think the City of Boulder senior center

scared the receptionists into letting me go without calling the

cops as she knew she would have to call the cops to get the $126

and I would have filed a counter claim of felony harassment of a

senior citizen.

    City of Boulder Senior Center talked to the oral surgeons

receptionists and said I need dentures will you give an estimate,

ok come in. I sent the Oral Surgeon a post card picture of my

broken and missing front teeth and told him I need extractions for

full dentures, he cannot leave any teeth in or sell me implants.

    Well after I got the x rays and talked to the kid, Oral

Surgeon, 30 years old half my age, he said I was smart but not

smart enough to get all my teeth pulled. He refused to pull the 7

good teeth. Ok I said and the cost was $3,500. He then said you

have to go to a dentists and get a caste for your dentures, I said

no I don’t have any money left for dentures. I told him that India

had an ad on the Internet so he said ok go to India.

    Well after screaming at me no - get another oral surgeon I

told him I will not get dentures until I get the 7 good teeth

pulled for cosmetic looks as they 7 teeth are really bad looking,

ugly.... Dr Nedbalski got mad as hell and told me I was smart

sending the post card of my teeth but not smart enough to get the 7

good teeth pulled. I told him I said extractions for dentures he

said go to Hell.

    I told him the same thing happened in 2002 with Dr Foley, as

he said yes I will pull all your teeth for $$$$$ I said ok Dr Foley

said never mind I will not pull the 7 good teeth.

    So in 2008 same thing I will get the police and courts

involved when I sell an invention or the Observers in our 1984

society come out from behind the hidden cameras. In our Orwell

world you can not break the mirror and find the camera ha, like in

the book “1984”

    So until I get help I will have to go to the Denver Rescue

mission by bus, as I have a bike. Get one broken tooth pulled at a

time.

    If there is an Orwellian Lawyer who can help me, please write

or call. I think we should take this to the Supreme Court as felony

harassment of a senior in need of medical dental help.  As dentist

and Oral Surgeons have a conspiracy going on, and in an Orwellian

Society we should be able to get behind the hidden cameras and

bring this into a courtroom.

Hey, you're the "recycled denture" guy from a few weeks ago!

Did you ever get a funeral home to sell you the "recycled" dentures?

I would think that's like using a "recycled" toothbrush. Just think,
you'll never have to buy a toothbrush again -- just use the ones that
other people have discarded.

Good luck on finding an oral surgeon to remove your good teeth. That
would be almost as tough as finding an orthopedic surgeon to remove a
good arm or leg.
