jurimed2@yahoo.com - 09 Jul 2008 22:45 GMT Joel Eichen:
I'm sure you know what I do for a living. So, it will come as know surprise to you that your name came up on my radar, and I have some questions.
Recently, I was the Defense Strategist in the California "Lukic v. Shen" case, where the last four Plaintiffs tried to make the case that "Biological Dentistry was fraud, there is nothing wrong with mercury amalgams, NICO was fraud, and there's nothing wrong with root canals..."
Of course the Plaintiffs lost those points - the jury simply didn't buy the stupid, and stupidly presented, arguments. In fact, half of the the Plaintiffs' case was Dismissed with prejudice, half way through the case - the part against Oral Pathologist Jerry Bouquot and his laboratory.
Not surprising to me is that two of the Plaintiff's chief witnesses failed to show up to testify - Pliskin from Temple University, and "shitbag" bobbie baratz MD, DDS, PhD, the (snort here) self-styled president of the National Council Against Health Fraud (NCAHF). bobbie had found out, I think, I was waiting for him, and found a warm place under his bed, with the dust bunnies, to spend his trial time. In short, the "Defense" witnesses had integrity, credentials and science, and the "Plaintiffs" had bullshit, bullshit, and more bullshit.
What I'm doing now, Joel, is setting up the counter-attack, and I'm looking for the conspirators against "Biological Dentistry, etc.," as presented in the trial. I could not help but notice that YOU call biological dentistry quackery.... hence, you have my interest.
Here are my questions:
(1) What do you base your claim of Biological Dentistry being "quackery" - understanding that, by definition, YOU are labelling thousands of US dentists as "criminals?"
(2) In your website you claim, about yourself: "Dr. Satoshi Go has largely built the patient base. I do not personally practice hands-on dentistry but the neighborhood people kind of know me and many of them like me too. They think of me as possibly the William Penn of Moyamensing Avenue, I guess. I interact with every single patient. I am kind of the maitre d’hotel around here. And yes, I also give excellent directions and recommend restaurants. I help Dr. Go with treatment planning, patient management, and I help make the practice run."
In this regard, since you don't ACTUALLY practice dentistry, from where do you claim your expertise?
(3) Are you in contact with bobbie baratz or Stephen Barett of quackwatch.com?
(4) Are you a member of the American Council on Science and Health (ACSH)?
(5) Are you a paid consultant involving your internet writing?
(6) You once claimed that Aetna Insurance had contacted you about the Cavitat v. Aetna case. What was that all about? Why would they contact you?
Curious in California...

If, as it seems, you are of the belief that there IS something wrong with "mercury amalgams", NICO is not fraud, and there's something wrong with root canals, aren't you labeling even MORE dentists as participating in deliberately dangerous and harmful activity?

jurimed2@yahoo.com - 11 Jul 2008 23:33 GMT > <jurim...@yahoo.com> wrote in message > [quoted text clipped - 19 lines] > > Willie Absolutely... without doubt. The entire US dental system needs revision - and, it is beginning in the US court system.
The US dental management system is not a friend, nor a good resource, neither for US Dentists, nor for the American public - but the court system is - as "shitbag" bobbie baratz, and his friends, are finding out.
We are about to enter the period when local dentists are sued, sued, and sued more (as well they should be) for their dangerous practices. I certainly approve of this.
Soon, but not soon enough, I think we will find that Medical/Dental Malpractice Insurance companies will NOT insure Dentists who use mercury, etc.

How is the suing of me getting along, Tim? I check my mailbox regularly (even though I don't live in it, like you do) but there never seems to be anything about the impending lawsuit. Are you still planning to sue Wikipedia, Webring and Google?
Laughing my socks off in Sydney.

You are whistling in the dark.
All of your, and your friend's, STUPID claims about healthcare are being challenged in US courts - and you lose every time. You, and your friends have to be still reeling in shock over your losses in California in the Shen case. Your buddy "shitbag" bobbie baratz, was too scared to show up to testify.
But, now it's time to pay the piper. The false accusations you, and your associates, made about NICO, Cavitat, biological dentistry were pure FRAUD - and definitely actionable. More, you all knew they were fraud, you all conspired to commit that fraud(?), etc... didn't you?
No wonder bobbie is hiding under the bed - his medical malpractice insurance coverage won't cover him for "fraud."
You, too, peter, made yourself elegible for action in a US court after you so cleverly submitted to US court jurisdiction by doing business in Ashland, OR. (insert laughter here)
In response to your question: "Are you still planning to sue Wikipedia, Webring and Google?" Do you have some record of me suing these people? I certainly do not. I think, peter, you are still in need of heavy metal toxicity analysis...
But, the selection of suitable targets for an action as I described above - that's real...
Amused, and eager to proceed, in California...

I've been aware for a long time that the quackpot conspiracy has LITTLE understanding of the legal system, especially the US legal system. Just look, for example, at the myriad of assinine lawsuits filed by dimwit Stephen Barrett, your organization's ultimate guru (insert laughter here) - and look at his success rate - ZERO. Then look at the financial penalties mounting on your leadership... like, what's happening to your mentor, little terry polevoy...
I hate to point this out to you, poor peter, but YOU emulate the quackpot loser mentality - especially when you talk about lawsuits and how they come about - but then, I expect that from you.
Legal actions must be carefully planned, and executed. The idea is to WIN, not blow hard.

You have to learn "patience." Good things take time.
You are too reliant on instant occurences. This is a sign of illness. Perhaps you should find someone to test your heavy metal burden - then maybe you could get some chelation???

Can you give me some indication of how long I might have to wait until you get off your arse and start suing me? I need to have some idea so I can make sure that all my friends are free for a "Pissing ourselves laughing at Tim Bolen" party. We are busy people and finding a weekend when we are all free is easier if we have adequate notice.
