They are made so that if you decide to use an exhaust fan to control temperature then the rear gable has a covered port just for that purpose. I've been pretty happy with it. We used it from late March of last year up to the second week of November without any problems. The temp would vary in late fall from 62 degrees at night to 74 in daytime, and this was before we shut it down for the winter in November. If you have a Sams club down there you can probably see one on display, or one a lot like it. They carry 3 models, mine being the mid size with the roll out windows.
