Now reports of delusions and other reactions caused by the drug.
There have also been deaths linked to taking Tamiflu.

Seems the best way to navigate flu season is to get a flu shot if
your
doc thinks you should, avoid those who are ill, wash your hands
frequently, stay home if you are sick and do the balanced diet,
exercise and get sleep thing.

Not an amazing approach but still the approach with the least side
effects.

Do your research and talk with your healthcare providers don't just
read postings on the internet

If the only sources a poster cites are his own web pages and google
posts you should question the validity of his opinions.

Tamiflu may be appropriate medication for you but make an informed
decision.
