However, without a discerning heart, there can only be misapplication
of Scripture as has happened here by satan, who definitely does not

A fool is not identified by his predictions but by the "beginning of
the words of his mouth is foolishness: and the end of his talk is
mischievous madness."
Thus, the discerning easily identify satan, who is the premier
archetypal fool being that he is without GOD and therefore
automatically without wisdom.
There have been many of GOD's prophets who had been slandered by satan
via his sockpuppets using this particular part of Scripture. The
slander becomes apparent when the predictions are realized ! ! !
Thus, it remains wiser to simply rebuke satan...
