With real qualifications studied for in a medical school (i.e. not internet specials)? Really? Because I find it f.cking amazing that you would ever be allowed to practice medicine at all & have not been struck off - Why? Well, I could imagine a young girl who has been picked on over her weight & has developed an eating disorder such as anorexia. & what advice would you give this girl who's starving herself to death over a body image problem because of her mental state & peer pressure? Hunger is wonderful, it's what god wants, it says so in the bible, you can pay for your knowledge of good versus evil with your life. You are a monster. If anyone needs convicting, it's you. I think Andy is on the right track. No one will eat less, as long as he considers hunger to be debilitating and undesirable. But to change one's psychology to consider hunger as being good and desirable, will make it possible to stem the overweight epidemic killing our people prematurely. The answer to overweight are frequent tiny balanced meals, and drinking water in-between meals, ...and yes, feeling blessed and alive when hungry.
