Happy New Year and here's an article to share:

What Are The Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure

Unlike many diseases, high blood pressure is often present with no
obvious symptoms. Therefore, the term "the silent killer" is used
often to describe this disease. Stuffy nose is an obvious symptom for
conditions such as a common cold. However, patients can be totally
unaware that they have high blood pressure for many years. They are
often able to lead their lives as per normal.

High Blood Pressure Is Often Discovered By Chance

For many patients, they often realize that they have high blood
pressure on a visit to their doctor for an unrelated condition or a
regular checkup. Prenatal visits are another common time when doctors
diagnose mother-to-be with this condition. Therefore, leading to a
abnormally high numbers of pregnant ladies to be stricken with this
condition.

Manifestation As Other Problems

Symptoms can exist in many other organs that are actually caused by
high blood pressure. For example, Blood vessels can be damaged which
leads to complications such as Heart Attack and Stroke. These
complications are often severe enough for patients to seek visits with
their doctors.
Some of the symptoms that high blood pressure presents as

*Tightness, pressure, or pain in the chest or arms
*Dizziness
*Fatigue
*Loss of consciousness
*Low exercise tolerance
*Nausea
*Episodes of confusion

Everyone Should Have their Blood Pressure Checked

If you had never check the level of your blood pressure or the last
time you did was a long time ago, you should immediately pick up the
phone and make an appointment with your doctor. Check up on high blood
pressure need not be an expensive affair, you can have yours checked
inexpensively at a clinic.

High blood pressure can be a silent condition that is present for many
years; therefore it is crucial that people have their blood pressure
checked regularly. Anyone can get this condition, even children. This
disease can be a severe condition if not treated appropriately.

I am sure our resident botbrainedbabel parrot will pipe up with his 2
pound hunger is good spiel.

Weight is important with regards to BP, but need to stick to one of
the diets which are based on a reduction of calories/portions and
increasing activity. Remember to apply the "sniff test" to see if it
smells right.

What an a.s you are.

The guy posts a message, on topic, and you blab out an unrequested
response as though you're an expert, and criticize chung for his
nitwittery.

Tell the group what credentials you have, a.s.

I doubt anybody needs to apply a sniff test to you, you joke.

So you do not think weight control by reducing calories/portions and
increased activity can play no role in the treatment of hypertension.

Clever idea about the "sniff test" - Imitation is the sincerest form
of flattery,

The problem you have with your doing the "sniff test" is that brown
stuff on your nose so that is all you smell.

Idiot - there are numerous possible causes of high blood pressure.
Pointing out only one of them demonstartes what a stupid a.s you are.

You seem addicted to accusing others of your own faults, you shitface
troll.

You are an untalented clown with nothing to be arrogant about, you
stupid punk.

Very intelligent and mature comments - you must have an advanced
degree for that level of sophistication.

The choice is to be convicted by Chung or insulted by you - Chung is
crazy as a reason for his convicting people, what is your reason for
your juvenile taunts. Let me try something that a child like you can
understand as a response to your comments .... sticks and stones may
break my bones, but names can never hurt me. Well, time to get to
being an adult.

What talent - are you one of the writers currently on strike?

Obviously someone moved by GOD to rebuke you, satan.

May we, who are doing what GOD wants, continue to rebuke you at each
GOD-given opportunity:

May dear neighbors, friends, and brethren have a blessedly wonderful
2008th year since the birth of our LORD Jesus Christ as the Son of
Man ...

... by being hungrier:

http://TruthRUS.org/KnowingGOD

Hunger is wonderful :-)

It's how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.

Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.

Those who suffer from the powerful delusion predicted by the prophecy
of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 would deny this and perish however:

Be hungry... be healthy... be hungrier... be blessed:

http://HeartMDPhD.com/HolySpirit/BeBlessed

"Blessed are you who hunger NOW...

... for you will be satisfied." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Luke 6:21)

Amen.

Jack S -- At least you have more talent and imagination than Chungy
Want a Quacker does who seems like an old vinyl LP which is stuck in a
groove and keeps repeating - of course, Chungy thinks he is "groovy,"
but really just a loon
