Hunger is wonderful :-)
It's how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.
Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve paid for with their and our immortal lives.

The only person all this rebuking has got confused is you. It's perfectly possible for a 52 year old to have BP that is normal for a 35 year old. My GP told me so.
Are you really a doctor? I'm glad you aren't mine.

Ironic that this comes from Andy, whose posts usually make less sense than the word salad contained in the sporge attacks on s.m.c.
In any case, no sane person with an IQ 80 or above could fail to understand what the poster was saying. I suspect it wasn't a misunderstanding, but you knew what he was saying, and in typical Andy fashion twisted it to suit your end. Either way, you are truly a pathetic human being, Andrew B Chung.

He says that his "BP is normal for a 35 year old, my rest pulse rate is 58 and I'm 52." You have to be a total moron to misunderstand that and conclude that Andy's simple statement of fact indicates a "truly a pathetic human being". You better take your meds or get help Zen, you are cracking up from advanced atheist dementia, due to the excessive cynicism, paranoia and despair inherent in atheism.

However, there are crazy folks, who have rejected this knowledge and are perishing as predicted by the prophecy of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11...

Those who suffer from the powerful delusion predicted by the prophecy of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 would deny this and perish however:

:-))) :-) - 27 Dec 2007 00:33 GMT > May we, who have stopped sinning though we remain sinners That's worded better than usual, but I personally don't feel it's quite there yet. I believe to the layperson it would sound blatantly contradictory. Perhaps; 'we who recognize our sin, admit to it, and repent of it daily.' (without any trace of pomposity).
> Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve > paid for with their and our immortal lives. As Adam and Eve had plenty to eat "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden" I don't see how belly hunger could have been the issue. To those of you who read Genesis 2 & 3 in full context, this becomes apparent. To those who have an understanding of Hebrew and the colloquial metaphors being used when Moses wrote Genesis, it becomes more apparent still.
Same goes for reading something like 2nd Thessalonians in its full context, and having an educated understanding of what the subject and object are. I would suggest that anyone who's in need of putting Biblical passages into proper context, attend some sort of a Bible study that offers expository teaching.
Also, a rule of thumb in making doctoral issue of a particular verse, is that one must read at least 20 versus before and 20 versus after the chosen verse to at least get some perspective of proper context. Another rule of thumb is that if it's supposed to be a doctrinal issue of primary importance, there should be three or more separate verses worded virtually exactly the same way (preferably by different authors) to back it up . If there's only two separate verses, a doctrinal issue of secondary importance. If there's only one verse, a doctrinal issue of tertiary importance.

It is a fact is that there are different interpretations by different scholars of passages in the scriptures.
Some Rabbinical scholars would spend long periods of time discussing even the meaning of one word for the Talmud.
