ok, if a person has significant pulmonary artery stenosis, what would
the signs be on a chest x-ray, if any?

an x-ray that shows increased perihlar and interstitial markings (and
the mild retention in the wash-out phase of a V/Q scan), would those
be possible markers for a PA stenosis?

is there anything else (defect wise) apart from the congenital PAS,
that I should be on the look-out for or the doc should be?

Scarce/absent vascular markings beyond the stenosis.

No.

Chronically recurring small clots (PEs) to the periphery of your lungs
coming from the diseased veins in your legs.

May GOD bless you.

Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love,
