Bobby was always good about asking himself questions, then answering
them. Maybe he was lonely. Maybe no one else paid any attention to him.

Here's a clue up. Regardless of whether Chung had a lawsuit or not, the
fact that none was filed has zero, nada, zilch to do with the charges
made by Pastorio above.

Bobby knew this too which is typical of his disingenuous attitude and
distorted obsession wit Mu and Chung. Let me rephrase that. He was Tool.

He was a businessman and businessman face being sued, and suing others,
in due course. Good businessmen take the path of least expense or
highest risk-reward. It has relatively nothing at all about being right,
you spend your capital running your business or chasing lawsuits, years
to resolve, good businessmen drop the emotions and run their businesses.

Again, Pastorio knew this well.

You're a real piece of sh.t, Quackie. The man isn't even buried yet,
and now you hide behind your 'Mu' persona and take potshots.

He owned you in life. I'm guessing he *still* has more smarts than you

Well chung, although it's fun to degrade you, we really don't have to, do
we?

You're so good at doing it yourself.

As an attorney, I disagree. The fact that the matter went to arbitration
strongly suggests that Dr. Chung's employment contract had an arbitration
clause in it. Generally speaking, the party whose contract contains the
arbitration clause - in this case the medical practice -makes sure that the
arbitrator is a business like the American Arbitration Association which is
known for being favorable to the party which contracts for its services.

And since the contract likely had an arbitration clause, that means that Dr.
Chung couldn't have filed a lawsuit. Well, he could have, but the employer
would have filed a motion to compel arbitration and it would have been
granted.

And as I've noted before, I just don't understand all the venom against Dr.
Chung. Yes, his religious views certainly appear eccentric to many of us,
but he has a medical degree from an eccelent medical school and he shares
his knowledge with people here for free. It's obvious that most of his
"haters" just enjoy sparring with him.

Correct.  Indeed,  the arbitrator was AAA.

The OP indicated that Chung was guilty of his/their charges b/c he did
not sue. If arbitration was claused, as you know, it would have to fail
before any court would hear the case.

Chung desperately wants to be a victim.

Chung wants to appear to be the victim. It doesn't stop him spamming,
scamming for cash donations to his personal "charities" or posting
lunatic diet spam involving pouring nail varnish remover onto food.

The man is lethal. He got fired, he fled Florida. He now lives alone in
a trailer in georgia and lies about having a medical practice despite
public data which shows he has no hospital priveliges.

Some doctor. Some Christian too. Chung should be in jail.
