anyone ever get that feeling in the lower legs, like... the muscles
start going into a tight state and sometimes some swelling, and the
back of the calfs, especially feel like a cool burning sort of a
feeling.. that feels slightly below the skins surface? almost as if it
were a chemical used on it?

coud that be a sign of some strange arterial problem? DVT? or
something else entirely?

Could be early peripheral neuropathy especially if you have metabolic
syndrome (MetS), which is also known as PCOS.
