Hello, I would be very grateful if anyone could explain this EKG to me:

'Sinus rhythm QRS(t) contour abnormality, consider anterolateral
myocardial damage
ST & T abnormality, consider inferiolateral ischemia or left
ventricular strain abnormality in anterior LCADS'

what does this EKG mean? Is that something serious?

thank you.

It is abnormal suggesting possibility of both old injury to the heart
(heart attack) and active ischemia (area of heart not getting enought
blood).

It would be a concern.
