Is it possible/likely that the ventricular lead of a dual-chamber
(left atrium and left ventricle) pacemaker gets ineffective in
consequence of a myocardial infarction, if such lead points to a dead
tissue area?

And what would the symptom be, in that case?

Thanks in advance

It is possible.

Syncope (passing out) because of pacemaker failure to capture.

As for knowing who are the very elect, these you will know by the
unconditional love they have for everyone including their enemies
(Matthew 5:44-45, 1 Corinthians 13:3, James 2:14-17).
