Hello,
does anyone among you know a well accepted, quite recently developed,
risk score system for cardiovascular disease? I'm aware of the
Framingham risk score, but I'm looking for a model which also takes
into account newer risk factors as eg. hs-CRP, IL6, oxLDL...
Thanks a lot,
Tim

Here is a study by Ridker et al. which gives you some information of the
cumulative risk of high hs-CRP and high LDL. Interleukin-6 and oxidized LDL
are not discussed.
