Weight Loss Strategies
There are many obesity treatment strategies. What works for you may not
be the best method for someone else. In this section, we will help you
learn more about obesity treatment so that you can better discuss the
issue with a healthcare professional;

Actually eating less down to the optimal amount has worked for
everyone:

http://HeartMDPhD.com/HolySpirit/overweight.asp

The main barrier to eating less is the false belief that "hunger is
bad."

This false belief generates much anxiety and panic for some.

The following true story has helped some to overcome their anxiety and
panic when hungry:

May GOD continue to help us with our needs, dear neighbor Tina whom I
love unconditionally.

Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

There is one method absolutely guaranteed to work for everyone. Consume
fewer calories than you burn.

Doing this will cause people to feel hungrier.

As soon as this happens, those who have the false belief that "hunger
is bad" will go back to overeating.

May GOD continue to heal our hearts with HIS living water curing us of
our anxiety and panic, dear neighbor Ray whom I love unconditionally.

Well then the "false believers," if they go back to overeating,
wouldn't exactly be following the doctrine of consuming "less
calories than you burn," would they ?

So are you saying those that consume MORE calories than
they burn will not lose weight?  Or that some people will not
be able to stick to burning more calories than they consume ?
What exactly is your point here ?

The delusion that "hunger is bad" will spawn the false belief that one
is eating less calories when intake has actually increased.

May GOD continue to heal our hearts with HIS living water curing us of
our anxiety, panic and depression, dear neighbor Paul whom I love
unconditionally.

That is how the brainwashing is being accomplished.

Even the authors have been brainwashed.

No.

You perseveration is an adverse reaction to the awesome power of
intercessory prayers by the brethren of LORD Jesus Christ made to our
heavenly Father lifting up those like you who have been convicted by
the Holy Spirit:

I'll take that as an admission that you are in fact brainwashed. Maybe
you can use that epiphany to start questioning all those god claims
now. dkw

A. chung was of the opinion:

"Actually eating less down to the optimal amount has worked for
everyone:"

Yes, any method which has fewer calories consumed daily then are
required will cause weight loss.  The two pound diet is one of these
approaches if and only if the two pounds chosen happen by accident to
have those fewer calories, it can just as fast cause weight gain because
the two pounds chosen exceed calories needed.  A good scientific
corrective often goes a long way to avoid confusion and misdirection.

Fundamentally, you need to burn more calories than you consume.  All
strategies are directed towards that goal either directly or indirectly.
