Well you can ingest what ever you want. I'd point out that nothing here
was alive two weeks ago maybe two months ago. ERGO no life force. So
add something fresh and hold the salt and half of the carbs :)) .
Bill who is slowing cooking leftover chicken with veggies and rice
right now in a crock pot. Fresh melon for desert. A touch of five
spice. (Frozen peas) I'm not perfect!

Thanks, Bill for the idea. My daughter was just here about a week ago and I
bought a crock pot so she could make me some stew. I had put it away but
will now have an on going project with my crock pot. Chicken and rice will
be on tomorrow. Tons of recipes on the Internet.

Looks like a heart attack on a plate to me.

Susan, thanks for the reply. Surely 4g of fat and 1 gram of trans fat can't
be that bad for one meal a day?

Any amount of transfat is undesirable. There is nothing fresh in there,
almost all the carbs come from starch, which has the same metabolic
effect as table sugar, for the most part.
Fat won't contribute to CVD except in the presence of glycemic carbs
and/or excessive caloric intake.

Thanks again Susan for the reply. Since can vegetables are not fresh, what
is your opinion on them? I'm going to fire up the crock pot tomorrow with
chicken (fresh) and can vegetables.

The numbers are interesting. Exactly 380 calories... and exactly 940
mg of sodium... in every box too... even when the appearance on the
box has changed over the years, the numbers stay the same.
> How bad is it?
As bad as any fiction could be.
> Thanks.
You are welcome. All thanks and praises belong to GOD Whom I love with
all my being.

Without the LORD, the works of man are meaningless (Ecclesiastes).
In truth, for most people it is how much they are eating and not what
they are eating that has been harmful.
May GOD continue to heal our hearts, dear neighbor Buddha Pest whom I
love unconditionally.
Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

So the numbers are incorrect? Now we're talking about BANQUET here! Top of
the line TV dinner! Cost me a $1.49.

They are clearly made up without any guarantees of numerical accuracy.

The only thing you can be relatively certain about is the number of
ounces the meal weighs which should be printed on the top of the box.
