I am fit and run 4-5 days a week. My pulse averages 42-50 b.p.m.

i was thinking the other day. Heaven forbid I was to ever have major
surgery but how would my low pulse affect the surgery? I mean, I know
pain killers like morephine lowere your pulse and breathign, right? If
I have a low pulse anyway, does this mean I would not be able to have
as much painkiller as someone with a higher heartrate?

Like I said I dont plan on this but was just curious.

No need to worry. Your body would adjust to the morphine as well as anyone
else's. The doctors and nurses would know to adjust your morphine properly.
