Which is better for the heart (rthym et al.)?

Flax Seed oil with 700 mg alpha-linolenic acid / 1000 mg pill or
Fish oil or Salmon oil (hard to find)?

Fish oil is better. Alpha-linolenic acid has been associated with an
increased risk of prostate cancer in several epidemiolgical studies.

Fish Oil is better than Fish and Salmon Oil blend?  Costco carries the
Salmon Oil Blend.  Just wondering what's the difference.
