Hi Chuck,

thank you for your understanding, dear brother! I know you have a big
heart. The usenet is a place where we sometimes forget who is the enemy
and who is not.

You might be right, and we cannot say much about others from the
distance, because we do not know their special situations. What I could
find out is that there is a wide range of how the Spirit shows His
manifestation in people. We have different talents.

If Andrew is young in the Lord, he is still much burning in the first
love. But we are warned in Revelation 2:4 not to leave our first love.
On the other hand the Spirit manifests self-control of our emotions
according to Galater 5.

So we can all learn from one another. :-) *I* have learned much from
you - your patience with others is really unbelievable.

I think that Andrew is a great addition in ACC that has come down to a
group of arguing about the Lord, while Andrew shows the joy he has in
the Lord, fearless and bold. That is missing in ACC. How many people
have run away? Why could we not all just praise the Lord for what He
did? Why could others get the power to stop us? Maybe we were all
lacking the first love.

Where are the praises for the Lord here? From what can others see that
we love one another (well, we do and know it, but others cannot see it).
Why should we debate what our faith is and defend what the Spirit tells
us?

Before I became a Christian, I saw Christians like Andrew, and thought,
"What morons they are! How can they believe such a nonsense!" (sorry
Andrew!) But at the same time I knew that they had something I did not
have, and envied them.

How can we tell unbelievers that there is more to our faith than they
can see? That is such a difficult matter. They can only see what is in
front of them, but not what we experience. They come to ACC and see us
fighting over doctrine - and run away. I do this all the time, though I
know that the Lord does not need me for that. Yet I think it is
important to warn of false teachers, and when I see they are just that,
I have decided to stop debating with them. They are sucking us out. They
are wasting our time.

Lord, give us more of this:

><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
Wake up, my glory!
Wake up, psaltery and harp!
I will wake up the dawn.
I will give thanks to you, Lord, among the peoples.
I will sing praises to you among the nations.
For your great loving kindness reaches to the heavens,
And your truth to the skies.
Be exalted, God, above the heavens.
Let your glory be over all the earth.
(Psalms 57:8-11 WEB)
<>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <>< <><

If Andrew has unanswered questions he should deal with (which might
really be the case), I am sure that the Lord will guide him there. Let
us pray for that! But the usenet is not necessarily the right place to
discuss such matters. They should be dealt with between four eyes or
with a group of other Christians only in my opinion. Maybe you could
send him an e-mail to clear this all up? I know you are both wonderful
brothers in Christ, and the Lord loves you. You are one of those whom I
trust enough here who I would recommend to others like an Elder - like
me, too. If I had a question, I would ask you.

If you wanted to ask Andrew if we Christians are allowed to use medicine
besides prayers, I would agree. I am glad that there is medicine for my
son. God can use medicine to heal or to prevent illnesses. Maybe that
was what Andrew wanted to say, and maybe he cannot really say anything
here that refers to his job. You know what people make up here, so he
would be clever not to talk about such things online. Being a target for
everyone with the way he chose to go to spread the Gospel, it might be
hard for him to discern how your question was meant, and he started to
run in defence mode. :-)

Having his ancestors in Asia, this might also be a reason why the Lord
gave him the Spirit like this! He thinks he answered your question, and
maybe he really has, but in the way the Asians do this. Just imagine all
the Asian people reading here! It is true, there are a number of Asian
people reading on my website every day, so I think Andrew is a witness
to them as well! And they have a little different way of thinking than
the Americans or Europeans have. Tolerance is asked here.

I would like it if Andrew could write something for the Asian people
that I could publish on my website. They might understand him much
better than me.

Peace to you, beloved brother in Christ,

Galatians 5:22-23 WEB But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,

LORD Jesus Christ's second commandment to love all others including our
enemies is impossible to follow without HIS help :-)

Yes, we are each different and wonderfully made.  HIS not using a
"cookie cutter" to clone each of us to resemble cultists glorifies HIM.

Actually, I am old in the LORD but had my lamp covered for many years
while in enemy territory as a spy in their midst learning all their
secrets and weaknesses in obedience to HIM. Our LORD has used me to
deliver a death blow to Darwin's TOE and so satan's people are angrily
up in arms all around but have failed several attempts to slay me.

Laus Deo !

Now that the anti-christians have torn and burned away all the layers
of cloaks that I wore in disguise, the light of the truth, which is
Christ Jesus, emanates from my heart with the brightness of countless
suns burning all those who would lurk in the shadows.  Many thanks,
much praise, and all the glory to GOD for HIS wonderful armor.  Faith
in HIM has been my shield, deflecting away all the flaming arrows.

Laus Deo !

The burning you see is the burning of my loving the the LORD with all
my heart, soul, mind, and strength in the heat of fierce battle against
satan's ground forces.

The Holy Spirit gives HIS peace which passes all understanding to all
who have been reborn.

It is written that with the LORD, all things are possible (ie
believable).

Without the Holy Spirit, I would be weak, fearful and cowardly.

It is in our weakness that HIS stength is magnified and perfected.

Many wolves in sheepskin lurking around in the shadows here in ACC.

Elsewhere they are out in the open without disguise so that it has been
easier to slay them with a "donkey's jawbone."

They don't have the power to stop those of us who are filled with the
power of the Holy Spirit.

As it is written, some of us have received John's baptism of repentence
instead of Jesus' baptism of rebirth of water and the Holy Spirit.
Without the Holy Spirit, one would not be moved to boldness in praising
GOD.

Many here do not understand why they are not guided by the Holy Spirit
and are fearful to let on that they aren't, because they wonder if this
means they have not been saved through their faith in LORD Jesus
Christ.  In short, they do not feel saved even though they are.

Actually, it should be obvious to the most casual observer that those
of us with the Holy Spirit do not fight as the others do.  We simply
stand firm unwavering on the side of the truth.

It has been my experience that GOD blesses us with as much time as we
need to glorify HIM :-)

As it is written, you will receive what you ask GOD for...

It has been the LORD's infinite will that the grandparents who named me
would die in Hunan, China before ever meeting me while they were in
this world.  They were not Christians and yet the Holy Spirit moved
them to name me Ben-hua which in Mandarin Chinese means:

"Originally of middle-earth."

Yes, even before becoming a born-again Christian, GOD had pre-planned
that I would be reborn of water and the Holy-Spirit so that I would no
longer be of this world just as HIS Son is not of this world.

Yes, really, it is impossible.

Some people also think that loving the enemy would come before loving
the brother or sister. That is not the case. So when I warn of false
teachers and try to stop them , I am thinking of all their victims. But
hate is not in me, just the longing to protect the innocent.

I will give thanks to you,
For I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Your works are wonderful.
My soul knows that very well.
My frame wasn't hidden from you,
When I was made in secret,
Woven together in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my body.
In your book they were all written,
The days that were ordained for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I would count them, they are more in number than the sand.
When I wake up, I am still with you.

I see that you love the Lord very much, Andrew.  :-) The usenet is a

Sometimes it is funny. My name "Vera" comes from Russia and means
"Faith" there. My parents were no believers at all, and it is not a very

Yes, I know because we share the same experience.  Those of this world
believe that when we observe sin that we automatically judge the sinner
as they do.  And so these false teachers will bear false witness about
you when, emanating from your heart, the light of the truth, Who is
Christ Jesus, reveals that they have been untruthful.

It is clear to me that Chuck walks with Christ albeit his walk is
different from mine just as Peter's walk was different from John's and
from Thomas'.

Just as this did not stop Peter from questioning Christ about the walk
of others, Chuck had questions concerning my walk with HIM.

Our Catholic brethren have not received Baptism with the Holy Spirit.

Their one Baptism for the remission of sins is John's Baptism.

This is why to this day, they struggle with demons plaguing members of
their denominaton.  This is why the Catholic nun was not able to help
Philip with his demon.
