My brother have WPW doctors said  he also have damage in the
myocardium, doctors said there is no way of treatmentto him... he had 2
syncopate cardiac  in teh mast 2 months and his doctor made him a
catheterism, i want to know if there is any way or any treatment to try
with him, he seems to be allergic to the contrast liquid and to the
analgesics... seems everything is done but i am just researching if
anyone know about some treatment we didnt try yet please let me know

Would suggest you have your brother seek a second opinion from a
electrophysiologist who has experience ablating the accessory pathways
of those with WPW.
