Shortly after having a heart attack, I received a report that  a left
ventriculogram  indicates that I have grade 2 left ventricular function.
What does this mean, and is this something that I should be concerned about?

Systolic ventricular function is typically given as an ejection fraction
rather than a grade.  Suspect the grade 2 is in reference to something
else such as either mitral or aortic valve regurgitation.

See above.

Your cardiologist should be able to counsel you on the implications of
regurgitant valvular lesions as it specifically pertains to your
situation.

Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

Andrew
