Mine was the scourging/39 lashes scene.

Watching those bloody bits of flesh fly off that fraud's carcass gives
me a chubby every time.

Sorry you feel threatened by my prayers.  Please forgive all my
iniquities.

There have been well controlled scientific studies that have shown that
prayer has an effect beyond that which is explainable by chance (indeed,
it is written that there is no such thing as chance) on the lives of
others even when these others are not aware that folks have been praying
for them.

On this note, you will remain in my prayers, dear Mark whom I love in
Jesus' most precious and holy name.

May you turn to GOD to accept the blessings HE has launched to possibly
remove satan's mark from your forehead, otherwise they might strike the

Richard Dawkins - 15 Apr 2006 19:48 GMT
You militant atheists pretty much all work from the same script.
Although viewing yourselves as "free thinkers", you all have a Party Line
you follow rather closely.
It isn't difficult to anticipate your arguments on any
given point.  Most intelligent religious individuals almost always can
correctly predict what
you'll say next.Interestingly, militant atheists get much of their beliefs
about "Christianity" from liberal Christians.
They'll pejoratively label all Christians as "Fundies",
then presumptively attack liberal theological concepts
they suppose us "Fundies" subscribe to !
Nearly all militant atheists are followers of the
religion of Scientism.  Their priests wear white lab
coats. Their sacramental objects are the microscope,
the telescope, and the test tube.  Blasphemy is to
deny the ultimate authority of science.
But the militant atheists -the ones who have devoted
their lives to refuting Christianity- are almost like the
demons ...who believe more firmly in God's existence
than do Christians !
It can unequivocally be stated that militant atheists are some
of the people who most solidly believe in God !
Ain't talking 'practical atheists' here ...those who don't
even think much about atheism.  They're the true
atheists.
Professional atheists who've dedicated themselves
to eradicating the Lord do so because they hate Him.
They're the God-haters.
To which they'll invariably reply: 'How can we hate
something we don't believe in ?'.
Exactly !  It's their belief in God which drives them to
relentlessly attack Him.
Run of the mill, everyday 'practical atheists' don't
give God a second thought.  They're the ones
I worry about.
Whereas militant atheists are fighting against the
innate knowledge of suppressed in their hearts.
As a militant atheist I can unequivocally state that there is no time in
your life that you
totally disbelieved in God.  And -in fact- were driven to
work against the Lord by belief in Him !
It isn't that militant atheists don't believe God exists.
Instead: That they don't want God to exist.
Bill - 15 Apr 2006 20:39 GMT
You opinion and rant on atheists  is just like your religious beliefs. It is
pure opinion TOTALLY unsupported by any objective verifiable facts.

People are atheists because there is no objective verifiable evidence that
ANY gods exist. Religion is nothing more than myths, fables and implausible
stories.

Get a life Richard.

'God' *Haters*? How can you *possibly* hate something that doesn't even
exist?

'Work from the *same* 'script'? Hardly. But then again, '*Prove* there's a
'God' with some irrefutable proof' *does* get a bit repetitious, doesn't it?
Almost as repetitious as, 'Prove there *isn't* a God'. Pretty silly
statement to make when the respondent is the one claiming that 'HE' *does*
exist. Pretty backwards thinking, don't you think?

What a truly bizarre response!
Nothing else sums up the christian mindest so succinctly than that
damning reaction!

It seems that the primary christian reaction is instant hatred, unless
one has thought about it enough to "rationalise" it to something else.

Truly bizarre.

We, as atheists, are constantly told by theists what we are and what
we believe.  99% of the time, these claims are full of sh.t.  We don't
hate god - we don't believe in gods.  We don't hate theists - we hate
theists who try force their faith on others.

More like 100% of the time.  In sixteen years I've been on USENET and
alt.atheism, I've yet to see a theist say a single inciteful observation about
atheists.  Not one.

In the last ten years or so, I've yet to see anything new posted by a theist
wether it is bullshit or not.   Not only is it entirely crap, but
none of it is even original crap.  Nothing but recycled vomit.  They
come barging in, post ten pieces of garbage, and expect us to bow down

Theists' primary emotion is Hatred.
That much is demonstrated time and time again by countless facts and
reality.
But, as you believe in an invisible man in the sky, who gives you
presents when you talk at it the right way, reality and facts are an
anathema to you.

John is an equal opportunity liar:
he lies about everyone, and everything!
Like most Christians, he is truthophobic.

(Yes, I am aware that the correct term is "alethophobic", but there
are morons tuned in to Sanity FM here in suynny alt.atheism, listening
from the Xtian stations for the mentally challenged who can barely
read a sentence. Most of them of quite plainly not read more than a
bit of their bible.

well, actually it kinda of came together over the last few

I just realized: it's not FACTs that worry Atheists.....!!
Hell and high water, they can dispute facts, distort them, deny

What frightens the Atheist into sleepless nights is that Slippery

OH! NOoo!!!! Not One Iota of the Camel's Nose under My Tent!!

NO! Once they admit there is One Shred of Rational, undeniable

lifelessness of its own volition... Then they are on that
"Slippery Slope" to accepting the Genesis Account of Creation!

Well, proposing, that there is a magic genii, a 'god' that made all
this, is not the same as actually 'proving' that this magic genii/god
exists or ever existed. And, if, as I believe you do, you mean the
'god' of the Hebrew/Christian faiths, I feel it is absurd for anyone to
believe that that irrational bastard really exists.

By the way, if you believe in Jesus and his word, why aren't you

How can someone claim to not hate God when their very mission is to hate
Christians, hence hating Christianity, and God.
You are not only a horrible liar but you're an abject God hating reject .
The fact that you are a bullshitter does not mean that we'll believe your

You militant atheists pretty much all work from the same script.
Although viewing yourselves as "free thinkers", you all have a Party Line
you follow rather closely.
It isn't difficult to anticipate your arguments on any
given point.  Most intelligent religious individuals almost always can
correctly predict what
you'll say next.Interestingly, militant atheists get much of their beliefs
about "Christianity" from liberal Christians.
They'll pejoratively label all Christians as "Fundies",
then presumptively attack liberal theological concepts
they suppose us "Fundies" subscribe to !
Nearly all militant atheists are followers of the
religion of Scientism.  Their priests wear white lab
coats. Their sacramental objects are the microscope,
the telescope, and the test tube.  Blasphemy is to
deny the ultimate authority of science.
But the militant atheists -the ones who have devoted
their lives to refuting Christianity- are almost like the
demons ...who believe more firmly in God's existence
than do Christians !
It can unequivocally be stated that militant atheists are some
of the people who most solidly believe in God !
Ain't talking 'practical atheists' here ...those who don't
even think much about atheism.  They're the true
atheists.
Professional atheists who've dedicated themselves
to eradicating the Lord do so because they hate Him.
They're the God-haters.
To which they'll invariably reply: 'How can we hate
something we don't believe in ?'.
Exactly !  It's their belief in God which drives them to
relentlessly attack Him.
Run of the mill, everyday 'practical atheists' don't
give God a second thought.  They're the ones
I worry about.
Whereas militant atheists are fighting against the
innate knowledge of suppressed in their hearts.
As a militant atheist I can unequivocally state that there is no time in
your life that you
totally disbelieved in God.  And -in fact- were driven to
work against the Lord by belief in Him !
It isn't that militant atheists don't believe God exists.
Instead: That they don't want God to exist.

Well, it's good to know you recognize the futility of asking for
objective, verifiable evidence.

Oops.  Maybe not.

Gee, I see starlight, and electric light, and no evidence either one
requires a deity to produce it.

So where's that rational, undeniable evidence?

You spend inordinate amounts of time attacking religion and the religious.
That makes you one hell of a scared believer.

Nah, but whilst we are talking cases, you spend inordinate amounts of
time trying to silence that 'voice of doubt', that's what makes you a
psychotic twit.

You militant atheists pretty much all work from the same script.
Although viewing yourselves as "free thinkers", you all have a Party Line
you follow rather closely.
It isn't difficult to anticipate your arguments on any
given point.  Most intelligent religious individuals almost always can
correctly predict what
you'll say next.Interestingly, militant atheists get much of their beliefs
about "Christianity" from liberal Christians.
They'll pejoratively label all Christians as "Fundies",
then presumptively attack liberal theological concepts
they suppose us "Fundies" subscribe to !
Nearly all militant atheists are followers of the
religion of Scientism.  Their priests wear white lab
coats. Their sacramental objects are the microscope,
the telescope, and the test tube.  Blasphemy is to
deny the ultimate authority of science.
But the militant atheists -the ones who have devoted
their lives to refuting Christianity- are almost like the
demons ...who believe more firmly in God's existence
than do Christians !
It can unequivocally be stated that militant atheists are some
of the people who most solidly believe in God !
Ain't talking 'practical atheists' here ...those who don't
even think much about atheism.  They're the true
atheists.
Professional atheists who've dedicated themselves
to eradicating the Lord do so because they hate Him.
They're the God-haters.
To which they'll invariably reply: 'How can we hate
something we don't believe in ?'.
Exactly !  It's their belief in God which drives them to
relentlessly attack Him.
Run of the mill, everyday 'practical atheists' don't
give God a second thought.  They're the ones
I worry about.
Whereas militant atheists are fighting against the
innate knowledge of suppressed in their hearts.
As a militant atheist I can unequivocally state that there is no time in
your life that you
totally disbelieved in God.  And -in fact- were driven to
work against the Lord by belief in Him !
It isn't that militant atheists don't believe God exists.
Instead: That they don't want God to exist.

Yawn...and you still claim to being an atheist when you're no where near
being an athest.
