Myocarditis

I posted a message in here yesterday, about a doctor that thinks all my
problems are related to myocarditis. However, about one week after my
first chest pain attack, I had an echocardiogram and ECG. I was hoping
that someone (Dr. Chung, or another MD), could review my history and
see if they find any evidence for this. I'm still sticking with the
diagnosis of coronary spasm and (MetS) syndrome, but I would like
someone to review my records, just to be on the safe side.

If you're asking why can't my local doctors do this? I live in
Oklahoma and have limited resources.

At 279 lbs, you are not "somewhat obese" but significantly obese.

Atenolol is a terrible choice for either metabolic syndrome (MetS),
variant angina and any other underlying heart problems.

Many thanks to GOD for your kind thoughts, dear Nigel.

FWIW, there is nothing to indicate that you are suffering from
myocarditis.

I thought, atenolol was one of the widely-prescribed  "standard"
beta-blockers for angina, acute MI, hypertension and arrythmias.    So
why is atenolol a bad choice for ___any___ heart problems in your
opinion ??

Not among discerning physicians especially cardiologists.

This "opinion" comes from more than 10 years of clinical experience and
a working familiarity with the clinical trial data on this topic.

You seem fixated about it.  Coveting is a sin.

I'm not the one continuing to use that word.  So I guess you are the
one who is sinning. Ha!

You just did.

The sin resides in the coveting.
