Yes, the alcohol could be causing your dysrhythmias. Would suggest you
seek a referral to consult with a cardiologist for this and all the
possible other causes.

alcohol itself will cause atrial fibrillation (amnarrhythmia with rate
may be more than 100 beat per-minute). Hyperthyroidism also may cause
tachycaradia or even atrial fibrillation also.
