the doctor but they said every thing looks ok. I think its anxiety but that
doesnt explain when my vains in my left arm popping...like their getting
bigger, it mostly happenes when i have my arm hanging down...but right when i
lift my arm up, for just a split second...they go back down. i have been to

All veins when they are raised to the level of the heart collapse. That is
normal. What is abnormal is when they don't.

If you sit and have your arms down at your side the veins will be prominent.
If you ever want to draw blood from somebody you always have their arm down.
If you raise your arms in front of you extended, as they reach the level of
your heart  chest high, they will collapse and seem to disappear. Failure to
do so may be a sign of congestive heart failure.
Blood pressure taking should also have the arms at the level of the heart
extended in front of you.

Yes ive noticed lol...but what i dont understand is that to everyone else it
doesnt do like mine, it shows a whole lot more on me. and i can feel it, but
i raise my arm up for a split second...they are gone. and alot of the time my
left arm hurts...and all this doesnt happen as much on my right arm. Can my
back problem have anything to do with it? When i went to the doctor, they
explained to my mom, that when you are born, you have two holes in the heart..
.i cant remember what they called it, but when you get older, they are
suppose to close, and they said one of mine might not of closed up all the
way. the test came back fine, but i think they missed something, and im
praying that they didnt, and its just nothing to worry about. i appreciate
you helping and responding back. thanks.

Would suggest you seek a referral to consult with a cardiologist.
