Hi Folks, I greatly appreciate all your kind answers and words of my
previous post.  Today I saw my Cardiologist and I have some sort of
'defect' on the front-top part of my heart, which he believes is
causing blockage.  He wants to do a cardiac catheterization (sp?)
to see whats going on in there. He showed me the pics of my heart and
to my suprise it looked like an orange donut shape. lol I would assume
this is from the nuclear injections I had done.  Anyway, there was
some purple around the orange and at the 'defect' point I could see
lots of purple within the orange.  I had no idea what was going on so
I had to ask him what I was looking at and he said the front of my
heart...don't I feel like a fool!  But hey, it didn't look like any
heart I've seen before, so thats my excuse. :)   Anyway, I trust this
Dr very much, as well as his nurse practitioner, because my father has
been going there for years, had his quadruple bypass done by him and
all sorts of other heart related things.
I'm wondering if I should get another opinion tho or does everything
sound kosher?

Many thanks for any advice and/or opinions!

A cardiologist does not perform coronary bypass surgery.

A second opinion would be wise.

This confuses me because my father always mentions the surgery in
front of him and he (The cardiologist) doesn't bat an eye..lol
Best,
Chris
