Need help with diagnosis

Hi all,
I'm 36 years old.
A year ago started bad headaches. one sided. left side. with neck and
shouldier pain and difficulty lowering my head down towrads my chest.
My skull hurts badly, from it's base up tp the forhead. my artery near
the temporals gets swollen from time to time. very creepy.
behind my ear i have pain and in my teeth. (only started laletly).
I have done an ESR - which is very low. MRI - OK.
(a cyst was found in the sinus - left side - maxillary).
after i eat chocolate my artery is especialy swollen.
my hands are very stiff and sometimes my legs as well.
the artery in my neck seems swollen as well.
I seem to have slwooen lymph nodes in my neck, both sides.

Please, any idea?!?!

Sounds to me like you're in the wrong newsgroup. Perhaps a consult with
an internist or rheumatologist would be in order.

Consider seeing an allergist . Food allergies are common and can be
life threatening. Talk it over with your primary.

You should ask your doctor to give you a "complete physical exam". Let us
know the results.

This is called torticollis.

Suspect these are veins rather than arteries.

Enlarged lymph nodes should have been seen on the MRI.

Suspect you may have thoracic outlet syndrome. Would suggest you ask
your doctor to extend the MRI into your chest.
