Palpatitions - Again!   What could it be?

What could be the problem?

About 6 months ago I posted here about heart palpatations.

Brief history:
I am 31, workout 3 times a week.

I have MVP, but no backwash (diagnosied during my first physical back
in 1998)

Back in June, had palpatitions for a few days (Weds-Sunday) then it
went away.
Finally made it to a cardiologist (the week after), and had the
following tests done:
Blood pressure (120/80)
Stress test and echo - ran on a treadmill while being measured, then
got off and had a echo? done on my heart.  He said everything looked
good, no blockages of my bloodvessels, etc.
Had a Holter monitor for a day.  Afterwards, he said nothing came up on
it.

So the final verdict was, I am ok, and he does not know what caused the
palpitations and said not to worry.
This was back in June.

Now the other day (Tuesday?) I started getting palpatitions again.
It lasts for a second only (just feels like when u go down on a
rollercoaster, that jumping feeling) but I get it a couple times a
hour.

What could be the problem?
Sleep and diet has not changed.
I try to avoid caffine.

I bet it will go away in a day or two, so by the time I make it to the
doctor, nothing will be found again  :(

Thanks

This can cause intermittent palpitations.

Your heart may be sensitive something that you are exposed to in your
environment.

It could be because you have not been successful at avoiding it
altogether.

Only the LORD knows for certain what is in our future.

What are some possibilities?  So I can look into it some more.

Really?   The doctor told me that since theres no backwash, I should
just pretend I dont have a problem (I dont take antibiotics or
anything).

Could MVP cause palpatitions for a few days and then just stop?
Why would that happen?

Thats the weird thing, nothing has changed in my life.

But my eating hasnt changed, if its something like caffeine then I
should have it more often, since I eat the samething most of the time.

Thanks

Hormonal (endocrine) problems.
Electrolyte (low potassium, low magnesium) problems.
Inadequate dietary intake of omega-3 fatty acids.

Yes.

Changing environment (day-to-day variability in stress level, the
weather, emotional state, and exposure to stimulants).

Each day is a brand new one created by the LORD not with a cookie-cutter
:-)

One possible explanation for the seemingly unpredictable nature of your
palpitations from the MVP is that decaffeinated things can vary
considerably in the amount of caffeine.  It would be wise to avoid
caffeine altogether by ingesting only that which is caffeine-free.

Well the thing with the diet (the last 2 you listed) is my diet is the
same day in and day out, so I should get it more often.

Why would it happen with MVP more than someone without MVP?

I know what you mean.
But I live a boring same type of life everyday.
Wake and sleep at the sametime everyday, go to work and come home,
workout the same days every week...eat at the same 3 restaurants
everyday.

Well, I mainly drink water, and like I said, I eat at the same 3
restaurants everyday.

So thats what has me confused...I am following a strict (boring, lol)
routine (rut).

So nothing has changed that could have brought on the palpatitions.
