Body Feels Cold

Temp is normal.. TSH was normal.... My body has been feeling
cold...Extremeties also.

Any possible explanantion?

It is possible to still be clinically hypothyroid despite a normal TSH.
Would suggest you have your doctor(s) refer you to see an
endocrinologist.
