I have recently started getting an unwelcome sensation/pain in my chest
on the left side.  I am 32 and gave up smoking 4 weeks ago, started a
gym and have a healthy diet with lots of fish,veg and fruit and drink
plently of water and green tea.

I also get palpitations and find it very hard to settle down and I feel
worse when I lie down at night to goto sleep.  I went to my GP who said
that I had high blood pressure 158/90 at the time and told me it was
probably stress related.

Can anyone offer some advice or anyone had similar symptons out there.
