My main concern is the lightheadedness, out-of-breath and mild chest
discomfort that I feel.    It feels like I am constantly having a stroke.

While performing MILD exercise, I feel good with little or no symptoms.  If
I am sitting and talking, I feel like I'm having a stroke.  If I am doing
HEAVY exercise I feel like I am having stroke.

Would this be more indicative of heart trouble, diabetes, or something else?
Any pointers of WHERE TO START rather than the traditional medical maze of
specialists would be great.

I think you should go to any Dr. ASAP. Perhaps one who specializes in Internal
Med. And if you think you are having a stroke call 911.

As a general rule, people do not feel strokes.

Have you ever had a stroke (in order to know what one feels like) ?

It would indicate that you are having symptoms although it is unclear
exactly what kind of symptoms you are having.

Would suggest you start by calling your doctor.
