looks like a laparoscopy report. It could be possible that this test was
prescribed by a gynecologist to get some more info regarding your wife's
present health problem. If you can provide some more detailed info like :
what made her to see doc? her age, fever, type, severity and location of
pain, menstrual history, pregnancy related history etc. then I could try to
explain it.

Thanks Al.
Yes, this test was prescribed by a gynecologist. Here is the history.
She is 34years now. When she was 32, she got a lump in her left breast
and it was diagnosed as a grade 2 cancer. Then she underwent a
mastectomy and chemotherapy afterwards. She lost her hair and was
suffering for about 6 months to get back to normal. Since then, she
undergoes various tests in every 6 months. So far no issue in relation
to cancer.
As a result of chemotherapy, doctors say that the fallopian tubes have
been damaged and that her eggs are not transported from Ovaries to
womb. We have tried several IVFs but not successful.
Now that she is very keen to see if the tubes can be repaired so that
we can try natural way. In examining these tubes on laparoscopy doctor
found the above complication and asked to do a surgery to correct the
situation. Also doctor will try to repair tubes in the same operation.
She had already undergone two open surgeries, one for polysistic
ovaries (before cancer) and to remove a cist in the ovary (after
cancer).
Now she gets her periods on time but doctors say there are no eggs
being transported to womb. She had never been pregnant and I assume she
would have had several miscarriages even before we noticed.
I would like to understand if it is a MUST to have a surgery to correcy
the above situation and whether there are possibilites to repair
fallopian tubes
