Murmur's - will it change my life?

Does anyone know whether a strong murmur in my thirties will affect me
in the long term? I am trying to figure out if I should prepare today
(I am in my 30's) for heart problems in the future - and if so how?

The impact on a person's health will depend on the source and severity
of the underlying problem that is causing the murmur. The loudness of
the murmur is only a clue about the severity. Mild problems can present
with loud murmurs.
