I don't think that any automated cuff is rated for that....
I have used mine during exercise and it gets confused and the readings are
way off....
After exercise seems to be accurate, based on my comparisons with a manual
cuff, but don't quote me on that. The automatic cuffs are not made to be
used other than the strict "standard" blood pressure. They will also be
generally way off with standing blood pressure as well.
Thanks,
Mike

Yes Mike, was only thinking of wearing the device during exercise (fast
walking) and then after stopping the routine checking the blood pressure.
Doing this periodically (every week?). Wanted to see after a time if there
was any training effect to the exercise. I like the HEM 637 that senses the
wrist position to the heart level automatically.

Probably won't be very helpful. With exercise, the heart beats so hard,
and if your muscles are shakey, the cuff gets confused. AHlf the time,
you get an error.
Thanks,
Mike
