Just curious -I just had a Resting Echo done this afternoon and my
heart rate was 63-70bpm. However, in the waiting room before the
echo, my pulse was around 80bpm. Which is accurate, the Echo machine
or my pulse rate at the wrist?
Thanks in advance

In addition, if you were more toward horizontal during the echo that could
lower the heart rate.

I believe you meant resting *EKG* and not *Echo*. If there is a
*simultaneous* difference, the EKG should be more accurate.
