Evidently they were attempting to redefine a private space, by over

"The sailor savaged by a shark in Sydney Harbour has been named as Able
Seaman Clearance Diver Paul De Gelder.

The 31-year-old lost one hand and part of a leg in the incident shortly
before 7am (AEDT) at the navy base near the iconic Harrys Cafe de Wheels
at Woolloomooloo.

Seaman De Gelder - of the Royal Australian navy’s Clearance Diving Team
1, based at HMAS Waterhen at Waverton in Sydney’s north - was carring
out an anti-terrorism exercise off the HMAS Darwin docked at Garden
Island at the time.

The divers involved in the incident could not identify the species or
size of the shark - but it is believed to have been a bull shark.

"The attack occurred very quickly," Australian Fleet Commander Rear
Admiral Nigel Coates said.

"The shark attacked the diver (and) our diver punched the shark, I
believe, a couple of times.

"The shark then disappeared very quickly - it was all over, I'm told, in

my Saturday 10 January 2009 presentation to emergency services at the
Royal Prince Alfred hospital on suspected onset of cryptococcal
meningitis (not: menigococcol disease), voluntarily undergoing a spinal
lumber in order to supply a biological sample to assist with the growth
of cultures to determine the current presence of any disease state."

Following undergoing a CT Scan on 8 January 2009 and advice from my
medical practitioner to seek such medical action in the circumstances of
a positive blood sample. I've previously had an occurrence of
cryptococcal meningitis which required a significant period of
hospitalization and costly treatment over 6 weeks.

As there are issues of cognitive impairment on the referring document
that apply equally to any organic disease state and to this now 10 years
of Internet abuse by a person of Irish descent, I sought to raise with
the technician issues of cognitive impairment that specifically relate
