Many reasons you must take oranges

Nature has endowed man with many fruits and vegetables including
oranges. Its juice, which does not only help to quench thirst, but
also to prevent several diseases such as asthma, cancer and
hypertension,

Orange juice has wide appeal since it is consumed by individuals of
all ages, from early childhood to old age. Moreover, for individuals
who want to live a healthy life, this may provide a healthy and
attractive alternative.

Nature is not a "being" and doesn't endow anyone.  Oranges have been
bred over time to be as large and sweet as they are and have never been
a staple of any kind with respect to the kinds of foods man evolved with
and is best adapted to.

Eating "oranges" doesn't cure anything.  Eating healthy using the foods
many evolved with means that you aren't eating "new" processed foods
grains, sugar, candy, cakes, pastries, bread, flour, etc. which do lead
to diseases.
